The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will begin in spring 2017 to construct operational improvements at the I-95 at I-10 interchange near downtown Jacksonville, from just east of McDuff Avenue to the I-95 interchange and I-95 from Forest Street to Palm Avenue, which includes the Fuller Warren Bridge.
The improvements
will include restriping the travel lanes, reconfiguring several ramps, noise walls to reduce
noise levels for businesses and residents along the corridor, building a new ramp for the
Stockton Street exit, new signage, and building a shared-use path on the Fuller Warren Bridge
to connect the Riverside and San Marco neighborhoods for pedestrians and cyclists.
