South Main Street (State Road 329) Resurfacing
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Traffic is detoured around the intersection with Depot Avenue for underground utility work. Motorists traveling north on Main Street will be able to turn west onto Depot Avenue and travel to Sixth Street. Southbound Main Street traffic will be directed to Southwest Fourth Avenue, Southwest Sixth Street, Southwest 16th Avenue and back to Main Street. Local traffic has access, but will be unable to cross the intersection.

Southwest 122th Street (Parker Road) Resurfacing & Widening
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Daytime lane closures from Archer Road to SW 81st Place between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. to place sod on the shoulders and punch list items. This project should be completed by the end of next week.

Black Creek Bridge Replacement on S.R. 21 in Middleburg
March 6 - March 12, 2010: No lane closings are scheduled for next week. This project should be finished in the spring of 2010.

Blanding Boulevard Resurfacing from the Duval County line and Kingsley Avenue
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Single lanes will be closed in both directions from Sunday, March 7 through Saturday, March 13 between 9:30 p.m. and 5:30 a.m. nightly. The project should finish in February.

C.R. 214 Resurfacing between S.R. 100 and C.R. 315C
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Single lanes will be closed in both directions daily between 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. from Monday, March 8 through Saturday, March 13. This project should be finished in the fall.

Northbound lane closings can occur from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and southbound lane closings can occur from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. This project is scheduled to be finished in the spring of 2011.

State Road 23 Overpass Construction at Plantation Oaks

U.S. 17/Doctors Inlet Bridge Widening between Milwaukee Avenue and Creighton Road
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Single lanes northbound lane closings will occur between 7 p.m. and 5 a.m., and single southbound lane closings will occur between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. from Sunday, March 7 through Saturday, March 13. The estimated completion time for this project is the fall of 2010.

Columbia

I-75 Lighting & Roadway Work at I-10 Interchange
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Work continues at the Interstate 10 interchange to replace the high mast lights. Most of the work is off the roadway and no traffic impacts anticipated. Beginning March 15 (postponed from the last two weeks), resurfacing is expected to begin at the Suwannee County line and proceed south to I-10.

Interstate 10 Eastbound to I-75Routine Sign Maintenance
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Daytime lane closures for eastbound traffic at the Interstate 75 southbound exit (Exit 296A) Monday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. for routine sign maintenance.

State Road 238 Roadway Maintenance
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Daytime lane closures after 8:30 a.m. at the Olustee Creek Bridge (Union County line) for work on the new bridge railing. Barrier wall will be moved to the north side of the bridge Tuesday or Wednesday so work can begin on the new bridge railing. The speed limit has been reduced to 35 mph at the bridge while work is underway.

Dixie

State Road 51 Bridge Replacement between Taylor and Lafayette County lines
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Possible daytime lane closures between the Taylor County line and the Lafayette County line as crews replace four bridges.

U.S. 19 at C.R. 351A Intersection Improvements
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Daytime lane closures after 8:30 a.m. at the intersection at County Road 351A in Cross City while crews work on drainage and punch list items.

Duval

Atlantic Boulevard Roadway Work near University Boulevard
March 6 - March 12, 2010: One southbound lane will be closed daily between 9:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. (Monday through Friday) through approximately Friday, March 26 for roadway maintenance work.

Atlantic Boulevard/A1A Resurfacing and Improvements from Mayport Road to 9th Avenue North
March 6 - March 12, 2010: No lanes are scheduled to be closed next week. This project will be finished in the summer of 2010.

Baymeadows Road near Bayberry Road Traffic Signal Improvements
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Single lanes in both directions on Baymeadows Road near Bayberry Road and Baymeadows Way are scheduled to be closed daily between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. from Monday, March 8 through Wednesday, March 10. This project should be finished in the fall.

Beach Boulevard Widening Between Hodges Boulevard and San Pablo Road
March 6 - March 12, 2010: No lane closings are scheduled for next week. This project should be finished in the summer of 2011.

Blanding Boulevard near Hanson Avenue and Jefferson Avenue Driveway and Sidewalk Construction

Buckman Bridge Routine Maintenance
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Various southbound lanes will be closed on Sunday night, March 7 from 8:30 p.m. until 3:30 a.m. for routine bridge maintenance.

Hart Bridge Repainting and Structural Repair
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Full bridge closings will occur Monday through Thursday nights from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. and on weekends from 7 p.m. on Friday until 6 a.m. on Monday. Northbound lane closings can occur between 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., and southbound lane closings can occur between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. This work should be finished in early 2011.

I-10 Pavement Improvements between Stockton and Lane St
March 6 - March 12, 2010: No lanes or ramps are scheduled to be closed next week. This project is scheduled for completion in the spring of 2012.

I-95/S.R. 9A east interchange reconstruction near JIA
March 6 - March 12, 2010: The I-95 southbound ramp to I-295 southbound WILL BE TOTALLY CLOSED nightly between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. from Tuesday, March 9 through Thursday, March 11. Detour signs will be posted. The new flyover ramp from I-95 south to S.R. 9A east should be finished this summer.

Interstate 10 Resurfacing from Lane Avenue to Halsema Road
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Single lanes on I-10 may be closed next week at various locations within the project limits between 6:30 p.m. and 5 a.m. eastbound and from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. westbound from Sunday, March 7 through Thursday, March 11. Single lanes on Chaffee Road near I-10 will be closed in both directions nightly from 7:30 p.m. to 5 a.m. from Sunday, March 7 to Thursday, March 11. This project is scheduled to be completed in the spring of 2012.

Interstate 10/Interstate 95 Interchange Resconstruction
March 6 - March 12, 2010: I-95 southbound within the project limits WILL BE TOTALLY CLOSED on the nightly from Monday, March 8 through Thursday, March 11 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Detour signs will be posted. The movement to I-95 northbound from Stockton Street is closed until approximately the winter of 2011. Lane closings may occur at various locations within the project limits on I-10 and I-95 and on the side streets between 10 p.m. and 5 a.m. The anticipated completion time for this project is early 2011.

J. Turner Butler Boulevard Widening between Kernan Boulevard and San Pablo Road
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Single lanes may be closed in both directions from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. daily from Monday, March 8 through Friday, March 12. Lanes are scheduled to be closed in both directions from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 6 and Sunday, March 7. Delays may occur, and alternate routes should be considered. The project should be finished in February. Final paving is underway. Warm and dry temperature conditions are needed in order for the final paving to be completed.

Knight Boxx Road (C.R. 220B) Resurfacing between Blanding Boulevard and C.R. 220
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Single lanes in both directions will be closed daily between 9 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. from Monday, March 8 through Friday, March 12. This project should be finished by late summer.

Lane Avenue under I-10 Routine Bridge Maintenance
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Single lanes will be closed in both directions nightly from 7 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 9 and Wednesday, March 10 for routine bridge maintenance.

S.R. 9A Resurfacing between North Main Street and New Berlin Road
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Single lanes in both directions within the project limits will be closed nightly next week from Monday, March 8 through Thursday, March 11. Lane closings will occur between 7 p.m. and 5:30 a.m., and ramp closing times are allowable between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Daytime lane closings on S.R. 9A within the project limits will occur next week in both directions between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. This project will be finished in the summer of 2010.

State Road 9B from S.R. 9A to U.S. 1 (Philips Highway)
This project is not yet under construction and there are no traffic impacts associated with this project at this time.

March 6 - March 12, 2010: The road will be completely closed between State Road 26 and the south end of Northwest Fifth Avenue Saturday (March 13) from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for the Suwannee Valley Quilt Show. Eastbound and westbound State Road 26 traffic will be detoured to County Roads 307 and 307A. Northbound and southbound U.S. 129 traffic will be detoured to State Road 26 to County Roads 307 and 307A. Traffic will be detoured by Trenton Police and Gilchrist County Sheriffs Office.

Hamilton

Interstate 75 near U.S. 129 Routine Bridge Maintenance
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Nighttime lane closures for northbound traffic at the old railroad overpass about a mile north of U.S. 129 Monday from 7 p.m. to 3:30 a.m. for routine bridge maintenance.

Interstate 75 north of S.R. 136 Ditch Repair
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Daytime lane closures for northbound traffic four miles north of State Road 136 (Exit 439) Monday and Tuesday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. while crews pour concrete to repair a concrete ditch behind the guardrail.

State Road 320 Bike Lane Addition
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Daytime lane closures from 7 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. between U.S. 19 and the entrance to Manatee Springs State Park for construction of a bike lane.

U.S. 19 Resurfacing between SR 24 in Otter Creek and Chiefland
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Daytime and nighttime lane closures for both northbound and southbound traffic between State Road 24 in Otter Creek and Chiefland to pave shoulders and resurface.

Madison

U.S. 90 Repaint Roadway Markings between Jefferson and Suwannee County lines
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Daytime lane closures between the Jefferson and Suwannee County lines to allow inmate crews to repaint the roadway markings.

Nassau

Nassau County Railroad Crossing Detours
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Crawford Road in Callahan will be closed from Monday, March 15 through Thursday, March 18. C.R. 119 in Bryceville will be closed from Monday, March 22 through Thursday, March 25. The work is being coordinated by the Nassau County Road and Bridge Department, 904-491-3626.

North 8th Street and North 14th Street Resurfacing
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Single lanes in both directions will be closed next week on 14th Street from Atlantic Avenue to Pogy Place and on 8th Street from Dade Street to Franklin Street from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. The project will be finished this summer.

State Road 200 Widening between Griffin Road and Stratton Road
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Single lanes will be closed daily in both directions between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. at various locations within the project limits from Monday, March 8 through Friday, March 12. This project should be finished in the summer of 2011.

Silver Lake Drive Replace Drainage Pipe over Devall Branch
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Silver Lake Drive remains closed with traffic detoured at South Palm Avenue to Roddy Road to Geck Road and back to Silver Lake Drive until early June, for replacement of a drainage pipe with a new box culvert.

State Road 207 from U.S. 17 to St. Johns County Line
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Lane closures are scheduled while crews repaint the roadway lines and symbols.

U.S. 17 from State Road 19 to West River Road (C.R. 209)

March 6 - March 12, 2010: Daytime lane closures Monday through Friday after 8:30 a.m. between the Columbia County line and County Road 137 while crews work on the roadway shoulders.

Taylor

U.S. 19 Closed for Investgation
March 6 - March 12, 2010: The northbound lanes will be totally closed Monday from 1-3 p.m. for law enforcement to conduct a homicide investigation of a bicyclist killed Thursday night. Traffic will be detoured to U.S. 221 to U.S. 27 and back to U.S. 19, a detour of approximately 1.5 miles. Southbound traffic will not be affected.

U.S. 19 Resurfacing from 12th Street in Perry to Madison County line
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Daytime lane closures between Perry and the Madison County to resurface the road. Crews began paving at 12th Street in Perry and will proceed north to the Madison County line. The new traffic signal at Ash Street is on flash and will be in full operation after the first layer of asphalt is placed.

U.S. 98 Resurfaing between Jefferson County line and Cabbage Grove Road
March 6 - March 12, 2010: Daytime lane closures between the Jefferson County line and Cabbage Grove Road to finish the resurfacing project.
