Traffic Impacts
May 18 - May 24, 2013: Single northbound lanes on the Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway near 21st Street will be closed between 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. from Sunday, May 19 through Friday, May 24. The Phoenix Avenue on ramp to Martin Luther King, Jr. Parkway northbound toward I-95 is closed with a detour approximately until this summer. 21st Street between Phoenix Avenue and Buckman Street is restricted to one lane in each direction. The project is scheduled for completion in late 2013 or early 2014.
