Overview

The project includes base work, drainage improvements, highway signing, bridges, bike path/trail and other incidental construction for the Palatka to Lake Butler Trail from County Road 235 to County Road 237 and from Southwest 102nd Avenue (County Road 225) to County Road 235 in Union and Bradford Counties.

Traffic will be maintained in accordance with FDOT design standards throughout the duration of the project. No lane closures will be allowed from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., Monday through Friday.

RJ Gorman Contracting, LLC was awarded the $13 million project.
