This project consists of the installation of two pedestrian hybrid beacons as well as milling and resurfacing, base work, shoulder treatment, drainage improvements, curb and gutter work, traffic signal installation, highway signing installation, sidewalk and bicycle path work, and other incidental construction on State Road A1A at 3rd Avenue South and 7th Avenue North in Duval County.

Traffic will be maintained in accordance with FDOT design standards throughout the project. No lane closures will be allowed from 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Sunday, except for during drainage installation, which will be limited to a total of six days.
