State Road 16 from State Road 21 to U.S. 17 resurfacing
Overview

The Florida Department of Transportation is scheduled to resurface State Road 16 from State Road 21 to U.S. 17 (State Road 15) in Clay County. Improvements include milling and resurfacing, base work, shoulder and driveway treatment, drainage improvements and utility adjustments, curb and gutters, sidewalks, highway signing, guardrail, signalization and other incidental construction. FDOT selected Anderson Columbia Co., Inc. to complete this $1 billion project.

No lane closures are allowed from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Sunday. No lane closures are allowed from 5:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. within 600 feet of a signalized intersection. On school days within 600 feet of a school zone, no lane closures are allowed from one hour before school begins to 30 minutes after school begins and one hour before school ends to 30 minutes after school ends.
